Whether you need a way to pass the time while the Thanksgiving turkey is in the oven, or you need to keep the kids busy while waiting for Santa to arrive, our list offers something for everyone.

Before we begin, some context: While most Roblox games are designed to be social experiences, allowing multiple people to play in the same in-game world at the same time, our list features true multiplayer games that are made to be played by multiple people as group experiences.

Shovelware’s Brain Game

Hosted by a talking banana, this trivia game allows players to compete in a virtual game show with the goal of earning the most points by correctly answering multiple choice trivia questions. During each game, players take turns choosing the category for the next question, which all players will be able to answer. At the end of each game, the player with the most points wins and receives an in-game collectible. Players can also earn coins that can be spent on new podiums for their avatar and more.

Dress to Impress

Dress to Impress is one of the hottest games on Roblox at the moment, and for good reason. This fashion competition allows players to unleash their creativity as they dress their avatar in a wide variety of clothing and accessory items to match given themes. At the end of each round, players will walk the virtual runway, allowing other players to vote on their look to determine the winner. Even if your holiday party guests aren’t fashionistas, Dress to Impress should offer a fun time, as players can choose to stick with the theme for each round or go rogue to create some outlandish designs.

Card Battles

This simple card battler allows players to compete in duels inspired by “Rock, Paper, Scissors” by playing cards with one of three elements: ice, water, or fire. If both players select cards with different elements, the elements are compared to determine the winner (for instance, water beats fire). If both players select cards with the same element, the numbers on the cards are compared to decide the victor. Players can also activate power-ups during matches to give themselves an advantage. As players participate in duels, they can collect new cards for their deck to make it stronger over time, as well as complete quests.

Watermelon Go

This puzzle game challenges players to earn as many points as possible (and be the last one standing) as they participate in duels that see them drop objects onto a board with the goal of making matching objects touch and merge. Objects become larger as they’re merged, and therefore take up more space on the board, creating a challenging situation for players to manage. A duel continues until one player creates the largest possible object, which wins the game, or until one player's board is completely full, at which point the other player will either win (if they've earned more points) or can continue playing in an attempt to pass the other player's score, which will also cause them to win. As players participate in duels, they'll earn coins they can spend on skin packs that change the look of the objects they'll merge.

Bloxy Bingo

Inspired by the classic parlor game, Bloxy Bingo offers multiple servers, each inspired by a different version of Bingo: American Bingo, British Bingo, Arcade Bingo, and Loteria. A fifth server is also available, where all four versions are played. While each server starts players with a single Bingo card, players can up the challenge (and improve their chances of winning) by playing on up to six cards at once. Games are constantly running in Bloxy Bingo, so players can jump in whenever it’s convenient for them. As they play games, they’ll earn gems they can spend on new daubers and other in-game items.
