Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 doesn’t hit consoles and PC until October 25, 2024, but fans will be able to try the game much earlier through two multiplayer beta tests kicking off in August.
The Weekend One beta test will run from August 30 at 10 a.m. PT until September 4 at 10 a.m. PT, and will be open to anyone who has pre-ordered the game, in addition to Game Pass subscribers.
The Weekend Two beta test will run from September 6 at 10 a.m. PT until September 9 at 10 a.m. PT. This test will be open to everyone, including Game Pass subscribers.
The Black Ops 6 beta will allow players to try the game’s new Omnimovement system, which will let them sprint, slide, and dive in any direction. They’ll also be able to build their own loadouts, test a variety of weapons, equipment, and perks, and participate in matches across multiple gameplay modes.
Plus, players who have pre-ordered the Vault Edition will be able to play as the four Operators from the Hunters vs. Hunted Operator Pack, as well as test out the five weapons included in the Mastercraft Weapon Collection.
