The world of the Dog Man graphic novels is coming to consoles and PC in the form of Dog Man: Mission Impawsible, a 2D side-scrolling platformer that will challenge players to help Dog Man and his Supa Buddies track down a thief who has stolen the key to the city.

Mission Impawsible will feature three playable characters, each with different abilities. Dog Man will be able to dig underground and glide through the air, while Li’l Petey will be able to hack gadgets and fit into smaller spaces than the other characters. Finally, 80-HD will be able to push heavy objects and jump longer distances than the others.

The game’s 50 levels will take players to five different worlds in the animated universe, and they’ll be able to solve puzzles and defeat bosses as they progress. They’ll also unlock new gadgets over time, like a grappling hook and rocket boots. As players collect new tools, they’ll have the option to replay levels and use those gadgets to explore previously inaccessible areas.

Dog Man: Mission Impawsible will launch digitally on Switch, Playstation consoles, Xbox Series, and PC on December 6, 2024. A physical version for Switch and PlayStation 5 will be released the same day.

A free demo for Dog Man: Mission Impawsible will be available on PC during Steam Next Fest from October 4-21, giving fans the chance to try the game before it’s released. The demo will come to other platforms in the future.
