The third installment in the Fitness Boxing franchise features new gameplay modes, new trainers, and more.

Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer is out now on Nintendo Switch, giving players new ways to engage with boxing exercises without leaving the house.

Fitness Boxing 3 offers multiple gameplay modes, including personalized daily workout sessions. Two new modes are available in this installment: Mitt Drills allow players to train with an instructor by throwing punches at their gloves, while Sit Fix Boxing allows players to complete simpler routines while seated.

Each game mode asks players to hold a Joy-Con in each hand and perform physical movements as though they were actually boxing in a gym. The game’s two-player mode switches things up by allowing each person to play while holding a single Joy-Con, or each player can have their own set of controllers.

As players complete workout sessions, they’ll be able to listen to original music, as well as tracks inspired by popular songs from artists like Britney Spears, Elton John, and Coldplay, among others. Thirty new songs are included on the game’s soundtrack.

In addition to the new gameplay modes and songs, two new instructors are also available in Fitness Boxing 3 (the game offers six in total). Instructors can be customized with different clothing and accessories, and for the first time in the series, players can change their trainers’ hair styles as well.
