July’s PlayStation Plus Games Include Borderlands 3, NHL 24, and Among Us
A trio of very different experiences are up for grabs for PS Plus subscribers this July, although you could probably describe all three as "mayhem" at some point.

Sony has announced the three titles that will form the July PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup, and it’s a fine batch for those interested in getting up to some multiplayer mischief with their friends.
July PlayStation Plus games
The three games available for free to PlayStation Plus Essential and above subscribers are:
- Borderlands 3
- NHL 24
- Among Us
All three games will be available to download from July 2, with access for subscribers at the PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers. In addition, a Genshin Impact in-game reward bundle will be available from July 16 for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
Here’s a little more info on what each PlayStation Plus July game is about:
Borderlands 3
Gearbox Software’s core series of looting and shooting continues in Borderlands 3, a game about guns, guns, and people who love guns. Playable solo or in co-op, Borderlands 3 is an FPS set on a bloodthirsty sci-fi planet. A cult called The Children of the Vault has arisen, and your band of Vault Hunters are the only ones capable of toppling them. Provided you can find weaponry strong enough to do, first. Expect action, violence, and plenty of crude humor.
NHL 24
Take a digital escape from the summer heat by hitting the ice (and sometimes the opposition) in NHL 24. Set up friendly matches, compete in the EA Sports Hockey League, or build your own Ultimate Team to take on the world. This iteration of EA’s ice hockey sports series reworks the Vision Passing System and Total Control Skill Moves.
Among Us
Innersloth’s hit online social deduction game challenges a bunch of cartoon crewmembers to keeping a spaceship or station running by conducting various mini-game style tasks around the area. The only trouble is, some of their members are secret imposters looking to kill everyone else. Imposters must hide their crimes or argue their innocence, as the entire crew votes on who to evict whenever a dead body is found.
