Minecraft Heads to Bikini Bottom With New SpongeBob Add-On

SpongeBob and his friends have come to the blocky world of Minecraft thanks to the new SpongeBob SquarePants Add-On available in the Minecraft Marketplace.
Priced at 1,510 Minecoins, the SpongeBob add-on can be added to a Minecraft world to bring new characters, blocks, and other themed goodies to the environment.
Players will be able to meet SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, and Squidward, along with other Bikini Bottom residents, who will give them quests to complete. Players can go jellyfishing, unlock blueprints for themed builds, and even battle enemies from the cartoon series, including Plankton, DoodleBob, and The Flying Dutchman.
This add-on includes new blocks and furniture items inspired by the world of Bikini Bottom, as well as 10 Character Creator items, like a rainbow “Imaginaaaation” hat. Players will be able to explore their worlds by getting behind the wheel of a variety of vehicles, like the burger-shaped Patty Wagon.
This SpongeBob add-on is the latest piece of Minecraft DLC inspired by an animated series. Players can also purchase packs inspired by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ben 10, and more.
