Nintendo Music Brings Soundtracks to Mobile for Switch Online Members
Nintendo Music adds soundtracks, playlists, and one-hour-long versions of the Wii Shop theme to your mobile, right now.

Nintendo Music – a smartphone app for your favorite game soundtracks – has suddenly dropped on Android and iOS for Nintendo Switch Online members.
You can download the app right now, and after logging in with your Nintendo Switch Online account, it'll populate your library with games you've already played. Neat!
The app doesn't feature very many games right now, but it's got many of the big ones from the Switch's current catalog – like Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Breath of the Wild (but no Tears of the Kingdom). It also features an even smaller collection of retro classics, like Ocarina of Time and Dr. Mario, for some reason. We can think of some more that need to come to the service soon, as it will inevitably grow over time.
Some more neat features include downloading to your device, and especially for a Spotify dedicated to game music: extended versions. You can choose to loop the repeatable bit of a song, like it does in the game, for 15-60 minutes. Meaning you can fall asleep listening to an hour of the Wii Shop channel theme, just as Nintendo intended.
Also, if you haven't finished a game yet, you can let the app know and it'll mark some track titles and artwork as spoilers. We're really enjoying some of the curated playlists Nintendo Music has launched with, like a dreamy night time one, or a hype power up playlist for hitting the gym.
Here's an official description from the Nintendo Music app's launch site:
Nintendo Music app details
With Nintendo Music, you can stream songs right from the app or download them to the app for offline listening. Search for songs by game title, track name, playlist name or even browse by screenshot. Need background music while you work or study? You can loop songs or extend select tracks to 15, 30 or 60 minutes for uninterrupted listening. No need to worry about game spoilers either, because you can filter out soundtracks that may spoil certain moments for you.
Find your favorite songs and build personal playlists that you can share with others, or browse curated playlists created by Nintendo. You’ll also receive recommendations based on your Nintendo Switch Play Activity! More music will continue to be added to the app, so be sure to keep an ear out.
Reliving your musical memories from across Nintendo franchises—including Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Kirby, Pikmin, Metroid, Donkey Kong Country, and more—is now just a tap away!
