Roblox Celebrates the Olympics With The Games Limited-Time Event

In an apparent nod to the 2024 Paris Olympics, Roblox has kicked off “The Games,” a limited-time event allowing users to join one of five teams and complete quests for the chance to earn badges and other exclusive rewards.

To participate in this event, Roblox users can visit The Games hub and choose the team they’d like to join to receive an avatar cape representing their choice. Each team is led by a trio of influencers. Here’s the breakdown:

Crimson Cats - KreekCraft, Lana, and Nightfoxx
Pink Warriors - iBella, MrBooshot, and Pinkleaf
Giant Feet - MeEnyu, Socksfor3, and ProjectSupreme
Might Ninjas - Betroner y Noangy, Raconidas, and Rovi23
Angry Canary - iBugou, DUDU Betero, and Ytowak

From there, users can travel through portals in The Games hub to any of the 50 different Roblox experiences participating in this event. Each experience will give players the chance to collect two kinds of currencies, Shines and Silver, which can be spent back in the hub on exclusive avatar items and other prizes.

As players earn Shines and Silver, they’ll also secure points for their chosen team. At the end of the event, the team with the most points will determine the grand prize that will be awarded to every participant, regardless of team, who earned the required number of Silver.

Here’s the full list of Roblox experiences participating in The Games event. You can visit them directly using the links below. That is, you aren’t required to access them through The Games hub in order to earn Shines and Silver.

The Games event runs for the next nine days.
