Ahead of the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed on October 18, 2024, Outright Games released a new gameplay trailer showing off the title’s beat-em-up and platforming gameplay.

TMNT: Mutants Unleashed will continue the story that began in the 2023 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. The game will ask players to help the turtles “save New York City from a rising Mewbie threat” by completing missions on their own or with a friend through two-player co-op.

Mutants Unleashed will let players control all four TMNT turtles (Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michaelagelo), with each one having a different combat style and skill tree. The game will take players to a variety of environments around the Big Apple, from the sewers to skyscrapers and beyond.

TMNT: Mutants Unleashed will hit consoles and PC on October 18, 2024, with Walmart offering two exclusive editions of the game.

The Walmart exclusive version of the game's Standard Edition will include a code players can use to unlock an in-game costume earlier than they normally would.

The Walmart exclusive Deluxe Edition, meanwhile, includes a Steelbook, an art book, a set of four keychains inspired by the turtles' weapons, and a set of four pins inspired by their belt buckles.
